Placing your order
Should you experience any problems in placing an order, or have questions or comments please Contact Us. We would be very happy to assist.
To place an order, click on the “Add to Cart” button next to each item. You can then checkout or continue shopping and adding additional product to your cart. Once you have finished adding items to your cart you will need to checkout. You will be asked to create an account that will store your personal information such as name, email and shipping address, so the next time you shop with us, all you will have to do is log into your account

Returns
If you
are unhappy with any product purchased from Heritage Quilt Company, please return it to us and a credit will be given. All items must be returned in the orginal packaging and in new condition. All returns are charged a 25% restocking fee. Shipping and
handling costs are not reimbursed. All returns must be notified to Heritage Quilt Company
within 5 business days of delivery. At that time a return number will be issue to you.

Damage during Transit
We pack every item as carefully as possible, but occasionally something may arrive damaged. If that happens, please retain all original packing material and notify us immediately. Please open all packages immediately and report damage within 3 business days of delivery.
